Welcome to Red Diggity Dog

About Us

Brittany was born and raised in South Tampa. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family, Youth and Community Sciences from The University of Florida in 2012. However, following graduation she decided to change directions and go into the veterinary field. She graduated from the veterinary technician program at St. Petersburg College. Her passion has always been to provide the same love and care for other fur babies that she provides to her own, Sanders. In her free time, she loves going on adventures with her husband Rob and crocheting different crafts.

A veteran of the USAF, Cindy D. found her passion caring for animals of all kinds. After attending Bel-Rea Veterinary Technology she moved to Tampa to begin her journey. She brings to the table over 11 years of experience ranging from general practice, zoo animal care, and critical care/emergency. She is the proud fur mom of Abbigail, Hope and Madison. In her free time, she loves watching all sports (especially the Buffalo Bills) and spends most weekends running or visiting the Magical World of Disney.

Originally from West Virginia, Chessica joined Red Diggity Dog in April 2019. She started working with large animals just out of high school and became a certified large and small animal technician. She worked closely training horses with behavior concerns while managing a boarding kennel. In 2012 she made her way to Florida and obtained her Florida State Animal Control Officer Certification. Chessica has a passion for rescue and rehabilitation for animals that have been deemed unadoptable for medical or behavior reasons. This makes her a great fit for Red Diggity Dog. She has 7 fur babies of her own which she rescued from some of the harshest conditions. In her free time she takes care of her rescue horse Dash, fosters for Animal Luvrs Dream Rescue, and donates her time to raising money for medically needy dogs in foster care. We are blessed to have Chessica in our family!
